| Meaning | TIM Option Byte Structure consist of:
- (Byte a) TIM function ID (see below)
- (Byte b) Number of Facility Option Bytes (FacOptByte) to follow
- (Byte c +) 1 to n Facility Option Bytes for the TIM Function ID
Each 2 bit facility indication uses one of the following values:
002 - Server/Client does not support this facility
012 - Server/Client supports this facility
102 - Reserved
112 - The facility was not defined when the Server was built
